First off I saw a review someone else posted characterizing a manager as not willing to help and describing an employee as fat and smelly.I have never had anybody glare at me or treat me with any indifference. The store manager Brandon has been nothing but helpful and took his time with me whenever I needed his help.I also am a professional mechanic and making fun of someone shows your character.Ignorance is bliss.

I often purchase many auto parts and supplies years round and am a regular customer. I recently was looking for parts for ford van for someone there was a question about the engine size and application the manager insisted that that size engine could not be in the vehicle because (the computer says so) I was trying to solve a problem and running out of time I got what I needed but from that day forward I received a vary bad attitude from the manager every time I go into the store glaring eyes and a dissatisfied look on his face. Last memorial weekend I was there again getting a part for my car and researching where a gasket went and if there was one there when I asked the fat smelly employee if there was one he replied, "you have to ask the mechanic" I believe suggesting that I am not a mechanic. I suppose it is not his job but I would expect that a "parts store" would be able to determine where the parts go" and would be happy to assist you as many of the other employees gave in the past. I have therefore found that I can no longer shop at your stores, at least the one in Monticello NY. The pevasive attitude among the store manager and the employees makes it very uncomfortable for me to go there as I can see they are not concerned with customer service and hold so king of grudge against anyone that makes them work. Feedback: Just try to help without become personally charged over disagreement and don't be resentful towards customers. I think that goes without saying for every business am I a tough customer, yes and I have been the employee in the auto industry and many others and have had to "cater" to the customers needs not mine.
